How much does a website cost?

Landing – from €300, business website – from €600, online store – from €800. After a short conversation we put the exact price, scope and timeline in a proposal.

Can I edit the content myself?

Yes. Every website comes with a content management system (CMS) – landing pages are built on WordPress. For business and custom websites and online stores, remote training (up to 60 min) with a short guide is included in the price; the Landing package does not include training.

Who will own the website?

Once the project is paid in full, you receive the rights to the content, data and the custom code specified in the contract that were created for your project. Oxtren keeps the rights to its pre-existing libraries, components and other reusable solutions; third-party software is subject to its own licence terms. Domains, business accounts and accounts created in your name belong to you.

What happens after launch?

Three different things. Support after launch (7, 14 or 30 days, depending on the package): we answer questions and fix small things you notice as you start using it. Warranty (6 months from handover): we fix bugs in what we built and delivered; new work and changes are not covered – we estimate them in advance. Maintenance: a separate monthly service from €49/mo. Do you maintain websites you didn't build?

Before taking over a third-party system we run a technical audit. After the audit we confirm whether we can take on its maintenance and on what terms.

What is Hesio?

Our own Shopify app. It follows the journey of shoppers who gave consent and shows which question – delivery, price, trust or choice – is most likely stopping them from buying. It installs without theme code changes and is free to start.
