Conversion optimisation
Find out what's stopping your sales.
We walk through your store's purchase journey, find where shoppers stop, and fix first whatever gets in their way the most. It starts with a free review; you get the price for the fixes after it, in writing.
Step one – a free review of your purchase journey.
When it makes sense
Traffic, but few orders
Visitors arrive, but leave at the category, the product page or the checkout – and you don't know which step.
You changed things and nothing moved
A new design, new buttons or a promotion, and orders stayed flat. It may be that what changed was what looked like the problem, not what actually stopped the shopper.
Abandoned carts
Products go into the cart, but the checkout is never completed – and it's unclear whether delivery, price or trust stopped the shopper.
Before a big rebuild
You want to know whether you really need a new store, or whether fixing the current one is enough.
What we do
Purchase journey review
We go through the whole journey as a shopper would – on mobile and desktop: search, category, product, cart, checkout.
Four questions
We assign every drop-off to one of four questions: delivery, price, choice or trust. It's the same model our own Shopify app, Hesio, uses.
What your analytics shows
We check whether your analytics shows the step where shoppers leave. If it doesn't, we tell you plainly – we can set up the tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager) as separate work.
Priorities
We rank the blockers from the most important to the minor ones, so you know where to start.
Fixes
We fix what matters most: delivery information, checkout fields, search, the product page, speed.
Nothing you don't need
If the blocker isn't in the store – say, in your delivery terms or the offer itself – we tell you so. We fix what actually stops the shopper.
What it costs

Hesio
Our Shopify app shows what most often stops a shopper – delivery, price, choice or trust. It only follows shoppers who have given consent and installs without theme code changes.

Frequently asked
What is conversion optimisation (CRO)?
It's work on your store's purchase journey: we find the step where shoppers stop and why, and fix whatever gets in their way the most. Not a new design for its own sake, but specific changes where the shopper leaves.
Is the review really free?
Yes. We review your purchase journey for free and show you the biggest conversion blockers. Then you decide whether to fix things yourself or with us.
How much do the fixes cost?
It depends on what needs changing and on which platform. We put the price, scope and timeline in a proposal – in writing, before any work starts.
Do you only work on stores you built?
No. We can review any store. If we then take over its maintenance, we run a technical audit first.
Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. We build and maintain stores on both, so we make the fixes ourselves. For Shopify stores we also have our own app, Hesio, which shows what stops shoppers.
Do I need a new store?
Not necessarily. Delivery information, checkout fields, registration and error messages can be fixed in the store you have. If a new store would make more sense, we'll say so.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We don't promise a specific conversion rate or number of sales – they depend not only on the store but also on your offer, prices and market. How soon a change can be measured reliably depends on traffic: the more orders you have, the sooner.
Tools and platforms
We work with what your store most likely already has: analytics, a tag manager, Search Console and speed measurements. We build and maintain Shopify and WooCommerce stores, so we make the fixes ourselves.
