Who will own the code?
Once the project is paid in full, you receive the rights to the content, data and the custom code specified in the contract that were created for your project. Oxtren keeps the rights to its pre-existing libraries, components, infrastructure tools and other reusable solutions; third-party software is subject to its own licence terms.
What happens after launch?
Every delivered project gets a 6-month warranty: we fix bugs in what we built and delivered. New work and features are not covered – we estimate them in advance.
