Who we are
oxtren.com and oxtren.lt are run by MB „Oxtren Labs“ (company code 306197625, Šarkuvos g. 31-31, Kaunas, Lithuania; tel. +370 679 91246). The company is not VAT registered.
Using the website
Prices on the website are starting prices (“from”). The final scope and price are set out in the proposal or contract.
A project enquiry is not an order or a contract. We start work only once the scope and price are agreed in writing.
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy.
Oxtren Cloud (cloud.oxtren.com) and other Oxtren systems have their own rules.
Scope of work
Before we start, we agree in writing what is included: pages, integrations, number of products. Starting scope:
| Service | From | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page | €990 | up to 5 sections, works on every screen, basic SEO, analytics |
| Business website | €1,690 | up to 5 pages and 1 integration, content management (CMS), forms |
| Custom Next.js website | €2,990 | custom UI/UX, CMS, integrations, optimisation |
| Online store | €2,490 | up to 100 products set up or imported, payments, shipping |
| Custom platform or system | €4,900 | scope assessed separately |
| SEO | €590/mo | technical SEO, monitoring and content |
| Maintenance | €149/mo | updates, backups, monitoring |
- Websites: Start – up to 5 pages, 1 integration; Business – up to 10 pages, 3 integrations; Custom – number of pages per project.
- Online store: Start – up to 100 products; Business – up to 500 products; larger catalogues – individually.
- SEO: Start – up to 2 SEO content pieces a month; Growth – up to 4; Scale – up to 8 and wider monitoring. Every plan includes a monthly report.
CMS training is included in the price: up to 60 minutes of remote training and a short guide.
We choose tools and providers to fit the project. We integrate the most popular payment and delivery providers to fit the business. We choose infrastructure to fit the product – most often containerised infrastructure, Cloudflare and European cloud providers.
For automations we apply this standard: 3 automatic retries, with growing intervals where appropriate, an alert on a failed workflow, an execution log and monitoring of critical processes.
Maintenance
| Plan | Price | Work per month | Response time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | €149/mo | up to 1 h | within 2 business days |
| Business | €299/mo | up to 3 h | within 1 business day |
| Priority | €599/mo | up to 6 h | critical incidents – within 4 business hours |
Response time is not resolution time: it is how soon we start working on the issue. How long the fix takes depends on the problem.
Backups for production systems: database – daily; files – daily or as often as they change; kept for 30 days; an extra backup before risky deployments. Critical systems – more often.
Once a month maintenance clients receive a report: uptime, incidents, work done, updates, backup status, security and speed notes.
Maintenance requests are logged in Oxtren Cloud support (cloud.oxtren.com) or by email.
Additional work
Anything outside the agreed scope is first estimated and agreed with you in writing.
Automation incidents are handled according to the client's maintenance plan; without a plan, incidents are separate work.
Before taking over a third-party system, we carry out a technical audit. After it we confirm whether we can take on its maintenance and on what terms.
Code and data
Once the client has paid for the project in full, the client receives the rights to the content and data created for that specific project and to the custom code set out in the contract. Oxtren retains the rights to its own pre-existing libraries, components, infrastructure tools, know-how and other reusable solutions. Third-party software and licences are subject to their authors' licence terms.
The client's domains, business accounts and accounts created in the client's name belong to the client.
Warranty
- Every delivered project has a 6-month warranty: we fix bugs in what we built and delivered.
- The warranty runs from project handover; if there is no handover date – from the agreed project deadline. While the project is in progress, bugs are fixed as part of the project.
- The warranty applies to each project separately.
- New work, changes and new features are not covered: they are estimated upfront and done as separate work. You can still contact us after the warranty ends.
Payments and what the contract covers
Payment terms and the advance are set out in the proposal or contract. What happens to the advance if a project is cancelled is described in the Refund Policy.
The proposal or contract also covers stage deadlines, acceptance of work, limits of liability, termination, confidentiality, processing personal data on the client's behalf, governing law and dispute resolution.

When these terms change, we update the version and date at the top of the page.
